5/11/2020 Rocky Marciano
In the world of boxing Rocky Marciano is largely considered one of the single greatest, if not the greatest boxer to have ever lived, period. In his decade long streak as undisputed heavyweight champion, Marciano fought and bested every challenger who came his way, which isn’t surprising given how hard it’s estimated he could punch. Marciano fought low and out of a crouch, and although he was much shorter than his opponents he had fervent desire and a devastating right hand. He turned pro in 1947 and progressed steadily through the ranks defeating the likes of Roland Lastarza, Don Mogard, Ted Lowry and Joe Louis.
